I've installed v 1.0.4 on two different sites now and experience the same problem:

When adding new content or editing existing content my status bar at the bottom and the laoding icon in the top right keeps spinning, letting me know that the page is still loading. I can edit and do everything as usual and everything works. But it just keeps showing me that page is still loading...unless I hit the preview tab then go back to the editor! Even when adding new content. Hit preview before I add a single piece of content and the page will stop loading, jump back to the editor (Main tab) and I can proceed without the icon spinning.

it doesn't affect my work but that spinning icon...ARGH! Anyone else experiencing this?

I have noticed the same in Firefox 2.0.0.2

Yes, I've noticed this too. Also, sometimes the tab content appears all on the first tab and the other tabs are non-functional. It doesn't seem to happen if I load the admin pages in IE. So, it must be something either in the FireFox specific code (or javascript) or IE must be willing to overlook some problem that FireFox doesn't.
