BUG? NMS & contact form on one page

Hi,
I have this problem:
on a contact page I placed the NMS and the contact_form moduls. The contact_form is running fine, but after filling the fields in the NMS and hitting submit, the NMS shows the "Thank You" message, but the contact_form also reacts and shows the whole error list of the empty fields.
All on 1.0.4, NMS 1.0.1 and contact_form 1.3
