Site doesn't load any css, when i look at internal network

My site is
http://klpvm.lt it is work nice. All CSS, tamplates load corectly. But when i tried look page form network where is server, then page dont load CSS. I tried press F5 million times, not work. Please help.

Uh...maybe an annoying question...but what kind of browsers do you have on the server?
Nah... do you experience this really just on the server?

The style links inside the XHTML point to
http://www.klpvm.lt/stylesheet.php?templateid=17
Make sure
www.klpvm.lt points to the server from the local network or remove the www. from the $config['***_url'] values.
