Easy file access from CMS..?

Hey,
I've searched for easy module to make just one thing: read some text file from the serwer (i'll give location and filename), allow it's update with "save" option - from CMS. I don't want to use database for this one... Is there any easy (existing) solution? I'm just browsing in forum posts and in modules repository, but no luck for that functionality...
