embedding flv: flash movie instead of shockwave

Hi,
I wonder if anybody managed to embed a flash movie in CMSMS? The movie I would like to embed is about 8 minutes long and sound and movement need to be synchronished, so the swf-format does not work properly. I would like to avoid to upload the movie to YouTube, which would be another solution.
