wanting to use auto return option provided by paypal

Hi
Paypal provide an auto return option so that the customer automatically returns to your website once payment is completed. However you must provide a url which gives information like:
"Thank you for your payment. Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. You may log into your account at www.paypal.com/au to view details of this transaction."
I would like to be able to create a content page which is not visible on any menu but be able to provide the url of this content page to paypal so that the customer can be returned to this page once payment is completed. If I disable the content page so that is not visible on the menu, it can only be visited if you are logged in through admin, which is not what I want.
Any advice would be most appreciated.
