After playing around a few days with 0.10 beta 4, I decided to upgrade my server. Some commands later, the running 0.10 Beta2 on my server was upgraded to 0.10 Beta 4.

Well.. but now the menu disappeared ! I mean, the menu itself is there but no menu entries to the single content pages.

Is there a solution or will I have to restore the previously taken backup ?

Very strange.  I guess it could be permissions related, but I'm not positive.  You should probably restore the backup to be on the safe side.
