icons in admin are red crosses ?

Hello,
After installing the cmsmadesimple version 1.0.4. i went to the admin panel. I notified that all images, icons, whatever... are red crosses... i checked if the images were uploaded to the proper folder and find them all there, but none is shown on the admin panel.
What to do ? how to make it working ?
