Installing or Upgrading to 1.10.x - Problems and Solutions

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Thanks again, Jo Morg! I checked out the en_US.php file in the news module and I couldn't find the string that my template code was calling. Because I'm tired, I took the easy way out and replaced the string calls with the words "Previous" and "Next." Problem solved. Cheers to you!
