FormBuilder dropdown with data from LISE

I would try to replicate this in a minimal page with a minimal template and go from there. As I said, I have many forms working like that and never had issues. I even created a minimal form and it works fine. I suspect something else is wrong but don't have enough data to recreate it. And recreating it may eventually be time consuming which is atm a scarce commodity for me. I can only try to point you in directions where you should be able to debug the issue yourself.

Appreciated ... perhaps you could export the XML of the form you have working and I could load it in to mine and see if it works?
