Thanks for reporting this.
As you may expect, I don't have any of these issues on any of my 1.9.2 setups (otherwise I wouldn't have released 0.4). Therefore, I'd need a bit of help to solve this. I'd be grateful if you can give me more information on your setup (windows or linux? and fresh 1.9.2 install or update?) and the problem. Did calling the assign action make any difference in the behavior?
