Nice release,

I searched for the Bulk-copy pages function, but can't find it...???

You need the CGContentUtils module.

Is the Pseudocron Granularity option documented somewhere?

In the 1.8 /admin I found:
Site Admin -> Pseudocron Granularity
This setting indicates how often the system will attempt to handle regularly scheduled tasks

Is it possible to trigger an UDT with this cron-like mechanisme?

Hi,

When I go the my admin /admin/login.php (lang FR)
using  Site Admin  » Global Settings Automatically clear the cache every 1 day
I have this message on the first connexion of the days
Notice: Undefined index: tasks in... /lib/translation.functions.php  on line 212

Have you set your error level like (for version 1.7) suggested?

(It's not a real error only a notice ;) and you can hide it)

I think I've fixed this issue in SVN.
And the admin lang issue
just waiting for confirmation.

Concerning the slow loading: (The other post is locked so i report here.)

I applied the downloadable patches (# 1, 2, 3, 5) and the translation.functions.php. The admin loads in all navigators i have (Safari, IE8, Chrome, Opera) except Firefox -- in FF3.6.7 still loading after few minutes, white page. Never got on the login page, even with FF in safe mode (no add-ons loaded).

Having the browser cache cleared, in Chrome the load event occurred after 16 seconds with the 1.8 translation.functions.php file and after 3.5 seconds (cache cleared) having applied the file from SVN.

Thanks for the patches!

Hi everyone !

I'll have to wait for the next update and a french translation, but I wish I could alread know if the following problem has been solved:

I noticed lately that when the editors of my website apply or send changes to a page, the alias of the page is changed and gets a "-2" at its end. If the "Apply" or "Send" button is pressed again, the "-2" is removed. It's like a copy of the page had been made, right ?

It doesn't happen with my administrator account and I tried to change the owner of the pages, but it didn't change anything.

I can tell my editors to press twice the apply button before checking the result of their work, but it's really not convenient to have pages which addresses change regularly...

Has this bug been taken care of in Madagascar ? Thanks :)

Yvan,

on what version are you experiencing that issue. AFAIK is that solved in 1.8 already.
