A small change to the default SITE SPECIFIC LAYOUT css would really be appreciated by IE 7 users.

I'm having problems with "TOP Anchor", when clic is redirecting to "HOME Page"
I insert this code:
Oh, and what I ended up doing on the default templates for the anchor is: ^ Top. Seems to work...
Everything is working fine, but that code show me an error for VALIDATION in TIDY.
Any idea?

Maybe remove the back slashes?
