yeah the test page is a lower frame rate.... went from 16 to 10...... yeah I'm not understanding the deal with FF3... see if you refresh after you've loaded the page once it plays... but the first time on the page... it doesn't know what to do.... makes no sense...
this is all a balancing act.. finding just the right mix... thanks for the help

Ok... so I'm 95% sure

I’ve got all the issues handled
but the flash bock workaround... if anyone that has had issues would have a chance to test that would be great.... there may be one issues still relating to FF but if you see it you'll know it ....
The flash issue was a minor flash player version issue... I needed to force a 9.0.124.0 and then all was well across the borad ... so far
thanks for the help... once I have these issues under control I'll start work on the rest of the parts....
thanks again

It has been decided that if a user is using flash block then that is their problem... I'm not going to get paid to fix it so I'm not going to, and personally I think it's overkill to use it.... after all if you don't like a page using flash then don't go there... my2cents

After more and more work I have the group of people that would have issues with the site down to (99% sure) a group of people that may have flash player 10 due to some handling issues... likely like that count is at 2 u-visitors in the last 30days out of 900 u-visitors ... ~.0022% which is fine for now... but that won't last... *sigh* and the group using flash block...
no group will ever experience 100% melt-down so that’s good and it still does sport an a grade via yahoo and validates... so I think I'm at the last point before the really fun stuff gets applied to the site...

...
if anyone visits let me know if you have an issue please... it's in the debugging it didn’t get a chance to go through when launched... thanks and I hope people are enjoying... I guess it's really if the client likes it... which they do and are happy, but still ... thanks for the help...
cheers

oh oh... look to the reports... the latest one has a fun workings of Album mod that has a print function and what not... It's all part of the rewrite to the album mod...
other changes include fixes to the scroll functioning.. and JavaScript dependence ie what if that 2% (or in the last 30 days the.7%) of people with js turned off...
