Doubled checked it.
It is hardcoded this way. First the form check, second the Captcha check. Can't change this without hacking FB files. Something for a feature request...

Rolf,
Very nice form and I would like to style my form this way.
The only thing not working is de 'send me a copy'. The label is at the wrong place.
I tryed to click the link on your page to the tutorial but that link isn't working.
Please help

Still working on blogpost.
The checkbox in FB is hardcoded, therefore styling is though..
Ps. In your own website you can adapt the template and stylesheet more then I can do in a *general* tutorial of course.

Maybe a bug report / feature request will make sense for this?
I know, only a trivial bug but it prevents a free form styling
