superdataman

If you look at the source view of that site, xarart, you see this at the bottom... it is not valid so it throws an error for Firefox...
IE don't care what you throw at it it just does what it thinks you want... some times good some times not... ;)

line 53 column 1 - Warning: content occurs after end of body

What's with all the extra crap, how is that any way to treat a customers web page?...

I've used 1and1 for years and customers also use it with no problems...

Hi Lovely People

Yes, I agree about GoDaddy hosting.

I have a load of domains registered with them so I thought I'd use their hosting as well.

My 'flat' simple site that I migrated to them worked fine.

However, their MySQL service is terribly slow, so I've gone back to my original Hostica account and that seems to work great.

Ah well, live and learn.

??? I have many sites on Go Daddy and I have never experienced an issue once... in fact, they reduced my pricing for being a long-term member.  I just recently applied for a Linux hosting account with them and uploaded CMSMS 1.04 and (after fixing ITS quirks) it runs fine.  They have a GUI to access everything that you need and you can use your FTP to set file permissions (FileZilla) on the fly.

Just like  hard drive manufacturers and everything else - its all individual perception.  I used to love Maxtor drives - until 3 of them went sour on me without warning.  Then I switched to Western Digital (Who, ironically, now owns Maxtor) ... so you need to go with what makes ya happy.
