Fatal FeedbackForm error in admin after upgrade from 0.13 to 1.0.1

To help avoid these particular problems I added some comments to the upgrade page on the wiki.

Easiest way I've found to do a DB backup is to use phpMyAdmin and do a database copy (in the operations tab). Combined with a simple cp -R backup copy of the php folders, I could roll back to an old version in under a minute.

FWIW, it would be nice to have a module find/install/upgrade mechanism like serendipity's spartacus.
