[SOLVED] Unknown tag "menu"

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

I had the same problem with different tags. In the end it was solved by re-installing all modules and deleting all the old ones (just if that helps someone).
