nebtanhai,

Could it be that the mail being send out by mentioned modules (I don't recognize MailTrain as a module of CMSMS, but I might be making a mistake) are received as junk mail and there for you never receive them?
Have you tried to change the email address of the user that is the default owner of Service Desk incidents (see options of this module)?
Or maybe alter the mail that is send from Service Desk?

Hi all, That was not the issue,
I had an onload.js file that was causing complications. Once I removed it, it now works like a charm. Thank you for helping me out Duketown. I love your module and was completely bummed I could not get it to work for my client. It works perfectly now.
I do really like the cmsmadesimple system for my clients. Just this morning I had a lady contact me about another system she is working in and she said, "This is nothing like what you put me in, I love your system, it is like caviar vs. a sack of potatoes". Just thought I would share. Thanks again everyone!
