and i have other links on my site that are in the content section which link to "_blank" --- is that what you mean?

those were generated by the template. i didnt manually enter those.

And here is our Photo Album <Link To that page.

You can do links in a page if you go to the Content » Pages » Edit Page: Your Page tool bar there is a link button, highlite the word/words you want as a link then click the link button and it has the same parameters to set it as _blank, I've done this and even used the none option and had it, the link, open a new page.

oh yes, ive done this with other links throughout the site.

which makes it all themore frustrating when the one in the menu doesnt work!?  weird.  it must be something in the .css of the menu.  no?

it just isnt reading the command i suppose.

???

Some times, once in a while, every so often, once in a blue moon, you might not get all the files copied/uploaded to your server, and you have to do a reinstall/repair.

Which you can do with out deleting all your hard work.

Just note this part of step 10 on the install guide.

Note: Uncheck the box Create tables if you use an existing database with content that you don't want to remove (for example if you upgrade or repair). Otherwise leave as is.

so. i did do a fresh install of CMSMS and of the andreas01 .xml file for another site.

the same problem exists strangly enough.

do you think it is a problem with the andreas template or with the CMSMS?
