First Time upgrading.. from 1.8.2 to 1.9.4.1

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

@ Jerahco if you're all sorted (and it sounds like you are) you need to remove your install directory completely. The link you posted to it is still live, which is never a good thing. O0
