I have had start_date

No error but banner is not print, empty area :/

Do back up and reinstall module than set all stuff back.
It is possible to restore most of the stuff from backup onto new installation but you need to know some sql.

Still not displayed banner on frontend, rigth displayed on backend

I have check code on /modules/Banners/action.default.php

all seems ok before CreateLink, variable $row[image] have url of banner
