How to install CMS made simple onto local PC. Help following instructions.

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Actually it does say it...

Install wampserver

    -->> Download wampserver from http*****.wampserver.com.

With no mention of XAMPP...

Ok, I modified that page a bit. When someone has trouble with localhost, I want to ensure as many people here as possible will actually be able to help. Unless I am wrong that XAMPP is the more well-known package.
