Some questions regarding templates & stylesheet from a new user.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm still too unfamiliar with CMSMS to tell the difference between the two approaches, but I'll look into it.

CMSms currently doesn't have the ability to handle sub-templates (call a template with-in another template) but I believe it has been talk about but I am not exactly sure where it is on the Roadmap. In the meantime, CMSms does offer other means of grouping sections of code (html/php) the most common for storing common html blocks is to put them in Global Content Blocks as calguy1000 talked about.
