Great site! I am actually building one for a convention centre as well, and this is a good base to show my account execs to use CMSMS.
Question about the top navigation. If they wanted to add a new first level nav item (i.e. Planners, About CTCC, etc...), they would have to come back to you to add it in, or have someone on their staff who can update the code and/or create a new section button?
Also, what version of CMSMS did you use? 1.4.1?

Hi
After reading so many positive comments about the site I was keen to take a look. Unfortunately repeatedly got "Page Load Error - Failed to connect". Maybe you're in the middle of changing hosts? Will try again later and let you know if I still have access problems.

Very nice design. I always like working on a project where the client has lots of content and this site has lots of content (always good for SEO).
My constructive feedback is to give some padding between the search text input box and the search input button. Also, on those pages where the breadcrumb text takes up a lot of room, the breadcrumb text and the search box get a bit crowded. I might have put the search box at the top right of the page with the sitewide subnavigation links to the left of it.

I updated them a short while ago to 1.4.1 - I can't recall what it was originally built in. As for the top level nav, they'd have to come back to me to make changes - we'd need new graphics, and to rewrite the css for the top structure. We did a lot of discovery before building and determined that this structure would last for quite some time. I wouldn't recommend doing this on site that would have fluctuation at the top nav level.
And thanks for all the great feedback. We're actually in the midst of building a Flash-based floorplan section for Planners, and will be adding more functionality in the near future.
