Have any of you switched from using adodb_lite to the full version of adodb?

I switched because of the vulnerability described in http://milw0rm.com/exploits/4442, and this seems to be the cause of the search problem.

Now I switched back to using adodb_lite in cmsms 1.4.1, done a reindex, and now my searches works again. I¨ve had this problem on two sites, and the solution worked both places.

You have to delete the /lib/adodb_lite folder on your site, and upload a fresh copy from the 1.4.1 because it contents a stripped-down version of adodb_lite, where the vulnerable files have been removed.

Have you tried uninstalling search and reinstalling it?...
