There's no "URL file-access" setting in CMSMS, but you'd better check the forked thread, just in case..

Haha, thanks guys :)  I'll read up on clearing the cache in the admin, thought I had done that, maybe not.  I"ve thought about the user tag, but I"ll have to make a serperate one for each page (since the code is slightly different on each page).  I guess I like figuring things out the hard way sometimes, haha  ;D

Yeah, I was confused about the URL file-access thing cause I couldn't find it either  ???  but I know a lot of servers disable it, so I thought maybe it was in CMSMS for security reasons.

thanks

If the basic code is the same, with just minor changes that could be handled by passing variables to the tag, you could still use the UDT, like:

{myudt var1="something"} on one page.

{myudt var1="somethingelse"} on another page.

Hey, that's a good idea Nullig, I'll look at it.  I'm just curious as to why it won't work here.  It's an enigma wrapped in a mystery, bundled in a riddle..... 8)

Thanks!

Damn it, looks like it's on my end.  Sorry for all the confusion! (hopefully we all learned something! haha :)  I'll update my server and see what happens!
