2. if you are using prettyurls and some .htaccess rewrite url then check what the path to JS file actually is. "pathtoyour/js/file..." is different than "/pathtoyour/js/file...". What i mean is difference between absolute and relative paths to files. This could help IE outside home directory as it needs that JS file.
