This seems harder... but they may be just due to the fact that I some what know how to do what I was thinking... enough to muddle through...

I'm open to what every will do the best... one of the thoughts I had was that it may be stabler to go the db level... not sure...

the format key is cvs xml etc... the thought was that there could almost be templates... my2cents for now

I got word that I may get funding for this... How much would someone want to do this, as I'm not that great of a coder, and I'm sure someone here could do it better then I... Please respond back asap as I need to report back on the possibility of this being funded... Thanks...
