The commercial license allows you to remove the copyright license and all other notifications from most source files.

As long as that you have purchased the corporate license... then I say go with the support.  so far as:

a) you aren't using any GPL only licensed modules in your commercially licensed install
  including mine that also require credit to CMS in the admin panel.
  (subject to distribution rules)

AND

b) you identify that you've paid for the license when you post in the forum.

Thanks guys. I sent ted an email about the copyright details that must stay (his name, vs  his name and CMS)

So is removing the CMS made simple name from the admin footer okay? I understand that as part of customizing the admin panel, and okay, since the copyright remains on the source.

sorry for bumping an old topic - but we need a cms distro to white label for our clients.

provided we buy a commercial licence is it ok to brand it as our own?
