[solved] Blank screen after apparently succesfull installation of CMSMS

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Please use the troubleshooting section of the install guide.
Unless you have read the requirements before, as adviced by the install guide.
