Sweet Greg. Thanks. Works a treat.
I still think it would be best to have this modifiable via the CMS though Wishy.
Also, why do I have another phplayers directory in root that seems to be identical to the one found in modules/PHPLayers? Is this from a previous version?

Yeah, it is. There is a bunch of junk left over in the doc root from 0.7.x...
phplayers
htmlarea
filemanager
lang
upgrade.php
schemas
smarty
adodb
Just to name a few...
This stuff has been relocated, mostly to the lib directory (lang is in admin). It's safe to remove it.

Has anyone found a better alternative to PHPLayers? And how did you implement it?
Not meaning to sound like a pain but PHPLayers is a bit of a beast code-wise and tends to be very temperamental.
Kudos to the creator, however, maybe an update or replacement is in order?
I hate to see a perfectly good CMS held beck.

Yeah, I agree. Ideas for replacements are welcome.

The code would be easy to implement.

Looks good, Patricia. If I had the vaguest idea how to implement a new dynamic menu I would hapily do it myself.
I have also found a couple of others that are worth looking at which claim to be accessible. I think that's an important criteria these days.
YADM - Yet Another Dynamic Menu
This one looks like a great choice for many reasons. It even drops in a static menu when JS is turned off in the client browser. The menu is valid XHTML and conforms to WAI Triple-A.

If I can help in any way (testing, for example) lemme know!
