I am trying everythink but nothink.

I try change style in /module/TinyMCE/tinymce/jscripts/advanced/css/editor_ui.css

but nothink

I have no idea ?

Go to the admin panel of TinyMCE. In the first tab you can find a field named CSS body tag. That means here you can define a stylesheet for the "body" which is shown in editor field. This definition is only for text area, not for website.
