CSS Menus display behind listboxes in IE - workaround

i have new install but no editor...damn

well it aint good, no editor, funny, worked on the last one
made sure  preferences were correct.

naturally it was my fault. all is well now.
thanks for helping, i'm sure i'll have more questions elsewhere.
