OK, according to the screenshot posted, you are on the step 5 (see the numbered images above the installation screen).
You cannot connect to database as your credentials (either the server, user, password, port or database name) are false. Have you tried port 3307? Probably, your XAMMP uses this port for database instead of 3306.
I cannot help you further as I can not know what YOUR password or YOUR database name is, like I cannot say what YOUR credit card number or YOUR telephone number is. You would not ask me about the both things, right? By default, when you install XAMPP in your windows machine, the ‘root’ password for the MySQL is set to empty. If you have changed it, you should know WHAT your password is. Nobody can know it except of you.
