A complicated menu template (I think)

Still loving this CMS more and more each day. I have produced 2 cracking sites with it. Mostly thanks to Calguys help and his awesome modules. I have also got my sites running as smooth as silk by querying the database as little as possible. The only thing I am still struggling with is the menus as below.

I have the html and css set up exactly as I want using the following:

Both are floated right. Now what I am wondering; is there a way that every 5 links it creates a new unordered list? Otherwise I will have to use 2 menus using the inlcude prefix, but then I wont be able to reorder the whole menu. Just the 5 links in the left menu and the 5 links in the right. Any help would be fantastic.
