stylesheet is there...but not there!!

I downloaded the SA Bare template, and followed the instructions - part of which was to copy the contents of the supplied .css file into a new stylesheet window and name it, and then associate it with the similarly constructed (copy & paste) template.

OK, I did that, and the rest of the instructions, and the template works and I can change my pages to use it.

However, the said stylesheet is not visible in the stylesheets list.

It can be accessed by going to template and the associated stylesheet (CSS button on the right), where it is then editable. But submit/apply it or whatever, it won't show up in the stylesheets list!

What's going on?

Do you have {stylesheet} tag on head on your template?

Yes!

{stylesheet} tag is definitely in of the document!
