RSS2HTML bug on permissions?

I am experiencing problem of permissions with users of RSS2HTML, v1.2.1.
Even thou I have set the checkbox in the permissions list, authorized users cannot get access to the module.

After a short look at the code, I have seen that the install module installs a permission named "Use RSS2HTML", while other modules are looking for a permission named "Modify RSS2HTML".
