Transfer to clean urls after CMS site is up and running

Hi All,

Need some advice on weather to convert our site to clean/pretty urls..... we have approx 200 pages already complete, which have been spidered  by google, which also have internal links to our page aliases which obvoiusly contain "?".

The problem wouldnt be changing the internal links, but more to do with spidered pages from different search engines.

Would we lose the google spidered pages hence losing out on page rank?

Any advice would be great

Hello,

this is not CMSms specific.
Activate clean URLs and set up redirects from the ugly URLs to the clean ones at the webserver level.
