FormBuilder WYSIWYG checkbox issue

Hi there,

Using FormBuilder 0.4.4, add a text area select 'Use WYSIWYG editor for text Area (Admin side only)?:' update and WYSIWYG checkbox appears on form, this is good.

Uncheck the 'Use WYSIWYG editor for text Area (Admin side only)?:' check obx and update and checkbox STILL appears on form, is this correct?
