Running CMSMS 0.10 and CSSMenu
Doesn't validate because of a PNG hack for explorer, but the photograph on each page has no black trim or shadow on it, it's all done using layers.
If you want to see how it behaves with lots of content, click the 'Staff' page. If you want to know the design basis look at the 'Find us' page for a picture of the shop front, the curves on the sign are traced perfectly in the design
They have some more content to add yet, so drop down menus are programmed and ready, you'll have to imagine those working for the time being.
