<solved> Moved to new server - permission problem ?

Hi all.

I moved my site to a new server, and everthing works fine, except when I want to edit a template. Then I get the following error:
You don't have permission to access /admin/edittemplate.php on this server

I can edit pages though...

I just copied all the files from one server to the other and backup'ed  and restored the database...

Should I run an install or setup again, or somehting?

Hope anyione can help me.
