Dear friends, I need to make a bulletin board like that:
http://www.spd-s.ru/rent/carlifts/
After adding the message, it must be on frontend and admin can edit it in admin panel.
Is it possible to make such module?

The Questions module and possibly the uploads module in conjunction could do this.
