Feedback form for latest release?

I'm looking for a Feedback form Module, but the oonly one I found only
supports up to version 1.0.5 of CMSMS, and I'm using the latest, 1.1.1.
Is there any way I can get  a Feedback form Module for the new version yet?

IMHO FeedbackForm is out of support. Try FormBuilder - it's the follower for feedback form.
