Everything on my page has doubled in size

Hi folks!

Just spent about an hour doing a page in my CMSMS site only to accidently press some combination of ctrl/shift and some key which has doubled all my text and images on the page.

any ideas what it was or how I can get it back without modifying all the content bit by bit!

Isn't just the default IE-size changed. Under "View -> Text size" which is "medium" by default.

Or firefox zoom in/out with Ctrl + and Ctrl - ?
Restore to default with Ctrl zero.
