Cmsms-mle-1.0.2-build4 - installation failure

Hi everybody

I plan to use CMS-MS for a multilingual website and Pierre in the french forum told me there is CMS-MS MLE specially designed fot that goal.

So I've downloaded it and copy its files to my localhost.

As in CMS-MS I pointed my browser to the default installation file
but it failed with this error :

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in D:\SERVEURS\wamp\www\cmsms-mle-1.0.2-build4\install\install.php on line 1366

Opening the install.php file there are those lines :

Do somebody can help me to get rid of this problem .

It looks like something went wrong while uploading the file(s) to your server - try uploading install/install.php again (although the last bit you pasted is correct/corresponds).
To test I downloaded cmsms-mle-1.0.2-build4.zip, extracted it on my server and install.php runs without any errors.
Guess there would have been other reports too if there were a syntax error in install.php.

Hello Dee : I didn't need to upload files to a web server since I've tried to install it on my local server using Wamp for evaluation purpose.


EDIT : just uploaded the whole stuff to a web server ands it's working fine.
But still needing an answer for this localhost installation.
(it has been done using Wamp5 v1.7.0 and I din't have any problem with last CMS-MS 1.04 version)

Strange. Reading these forums it seems many people are running MLE happily.
Please show more lines arround line 1366.

Hello,

it has been months since the release of the MLE fork with an intend to merge it into the core. But as far as I know, nothing has happened yet. Beware this fork may be deprecated.
