How can I run a number of websites (different domainnames) with only one CMSMS core installation? Got to have different usernames on the websites aswell etc.
Is it possible with a newer version than the stable one (i.e 1.1 or 2.0) or is there some module or hack/patch available or just a matter of configuring it correctly somehow?

CMS Made simple does not support multi site hosting natively.
and if you ask me, it's outside of the scope.
There are tricks you may use, like domain forwarding, etc. but they may have limited success.
