File Uploads Module and formatting detail report page

If anyone is familiar with this module I would appreciate your help.
I have a link to a test Newletters page below that will show you what the problem is. I searched the forum but couldn't find anyone with a similar problem which is surprising.

What I would like to remove from the detail is:

1. The Category

2. The Id

3. The url path that is underneath the filename of the newsletter

4. The author

5. The Summary line that is not a hyperlink

6. and be able to have the word Description line up with the first line of detail in the description

If anyone can direct me to the place where I can edit this code , I would greatly appreciate it.
I posted this topic under the wrong category in the forum yesterday so if it looks like a dupe request....well it is.

If you're using the 'Uploads' module:

You need to create a new detail template (there's a link for that).  Delete the appropriate lines from the resulting text area, and hit save.

It should work.

Who's better than you CALGUY.....nobody......worked like a charm. 
Serious mental block on my end for not realizing the simplicity behind the create new template tab.
