Page with contents that dont show on the menu.

Hi,

I want to make a page that I can link from the menu , but that not shows on the menu. How I do that?

When I create a page type "content" it allways shows on the menu (even when I live the menu title empty)

On the options tab in the content editor, there's an option for 'show in menu' or some such thing.  Just make sure it's off.
