Menus displayed based on FrontEndUser username or group

I have successfully installed and configured both FrontEndUsers (FEU) and CustomContent to manage page security based on FrontEndUser groups.  Is there away to NOT show menus for pages that FEU users/groups are not authorized to see?  If the user or groups are not authorized, they don't need to have the ability to select the menu item and see "You are not authorized...".  The template "Panoramica"  is using the MenuManager.
